Laura Blackmore has held a variety of roles in the technology sector since 2005. Laura started their career as a student at Broughton Hall Technology College in 2005. In 2009, they joined Microsoft as a Business Analyst. Laura then moved to eShare in 2010 as an Infrastructure Support & Team Lead. In 2012, they joined Nintex as a Software Support Engineer & Team Lead. In 2014, they joined Act-On Software, Inc. as a Technical Account Manager. In 2016, they joined SafetyCulture as a Strategic Account Executive, Account Executive (Retail, Hospitality & Leisure), and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they joined Peak as a Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Cascade as Director of Product Experience and Director of Customer Success. In these roles, they have been responsible for driving business growth, creating customer-centric strategies, and owning the on-boarding process and ongoing relationships with customers.
Laura Blackmore obtained their Diploma of Higher Education (DipHE) in Business Information Systems from Liverpool John Moores University between 2007 and 2010. Laura has also obtained several certifications, including Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and Yellow Belt Certifications from Liverpool John Moores University in November and October of 2019 respectively, as well as InsightSquared Administrator Certification and InsightSquared Certification - The Basics from InsightSquared in July of 2017.
