Martin Robles

Martin Robles is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in public governance and partnerships, currently serving as the Partnerships Director at Cascade since September 2023. Previously, Martin served as a Senior Consultant at BluSpecs, focusing on technology adoption and digital skills enhancement. Martin's research at Esade Business School revolved around strengthening Public-Private Partnerships, emphasizing strategic stakeholder analysis. As a former Chevening scholar, Martin explored the interplay between public, private, and third sectors in public service delivery. In prior roles, Martin held significant positions in the Government of Buenos Aires Provinces, including Under-Secretary General and Chief Advisor, as well as experience as a Legislative Advisor in the National Senate of Argentina. Martin's academic credentials include a Master's in Public Administration from UCL and a Bachelor's in Political Science from the University of Buenos Aires.
