Tom Wright

Tom Wright has worked in the financial services industry since 2005. Tom began their career at Bank of America as a Prepaid Cards Product Manager and MDP. In 2007, they joined Marks and Spencer as a Senior Cards Manager, where they were responsible for acquisition and profit targets for the credit and store card portfolio. In 2009, they moved to HSBC, where they held the roles of Head of Cards & Unsecured Lending, National Manager, Cards Products and Strategy, and Senior Regional Cards Manager - Asia Pacific. Most recently, in 2014, they founded and became CEO of Cascade, a software company that gives Enterprises access to intuitive, powerful software.

Tom Wright attended the University of Hull from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a 1st Class Hons in International Management. From 2003 to 2004, they attended Nanyang Technological University Singapore, where they earned a 1st Class Hons in International Management with a minor in Bio-Tech and E-Commerce Law.
