Cascade Bicycle Club
Jacquelyn Billups serves as the Youth Development Program Officer at Cascade Bicycle Club, where responsibilities include managing a bicycle safety education program funded by the Move Ahead Washington initiative, which allocated $216,000,000 for development and implementation.
