Rishan Mohideen is an experienced professional in event management and coaching, currently serving as the Rides and Events Program Manager at Cascade Bicycle Club since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Race Coordinator at Universal Sole Running Store and Co-Founder of Live Grit Well-Being and Live Grit SOARS. Rishan has also held positions as General Manager and Head Coach at Live Grit, Store Manager at Element Multisport, and Volunteer Coordinator for Team Ortho Foundation. Additional experience includes coaching with Team in Training and various roles within the Lisle Park District. Rishan holds a degree from Miami University, completed in 2008.

Cascade Bicycle Club, the nation’s largest statewide bicycle organization, is powered by 8,500 members and serves bike riders of all ages and abilities throughout the Puget Sound region and across Washington state.
