Alex Rosay has a strong background in product management and consulting. Alex started their career as a Shift Manager at Quiznos in 2010 and then worked as a Chemical Engineering VPUE Summer Researcher at the Spormann Lab at Stanford University in 2013. In 2014, they interned as a Core R&D Intern at The Dow Chemical Company. Alex then joined Helix in 2017, working in Marketing Analytics. In 2018, they transitioned to Zymergen, where they held various roles including Product Operations Manager, Product Manager, and ultimately Senior Product Manager. In 2022, Alex Rosay founded Cascade Biocatalysts and currently serves as the CEO and Co-Founder.
Alex Rosay completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Stanford University between 2011 and 2015. Prior to that, they attended Loyola High School from 2007 to 2011.
