Chief of Inpatient Services at Cascade Community Healthcare

Mindy Sikel Greenwood has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Mindy started their career at Providence Addictions Recovery Center in 1999 as a Program Coordinator, where they worked until 2011. Mindy then co-owned Community Allied Behavioral Health from 2011 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Cascade Mental Health Care as a Chemical Dependency Program Manager for a year. Following this, Mindy joined Cascade Community Healthcare, working in various roles such as Program Administrator - Substance Use, Program Director, and Director, Substance Use and Supported Employment. Their most recent position at Cascade Community Healthcare is Chief of Inpatient Services, which they have held since 2022. Mindy focuses on integrating mental health and substance use services and believes in educating and breaking the stigma of addiction.

Mindy Sikel Greenwood began their education journey at Centralia High School from 1984 to 1988. Mindy later pursued further studies at Northwest Indian College from 2005 to 2010, where they focused on Chemical Dependency.
