Eduardo Rady

Eduardo Rady is an accomplished Plant Manager with extensive experience in operations management and strategic leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Cascade Corporation since October 2022, Rady previously held the same position at JFE Shoji Power Canada Inc. from October 2020 to October 2022. Prior to these roles, Rady spent 15 years at Tempel in various capacities, culminating as General Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing operations, strategy, and P&L for Tempel Steel in Mexico with more than 600 employees. Rady also played a pivotal role in developing the Automotive Focus Group and implementing Lean Manufacturing practices. Educational qualifications include an MBA from EGADE Business School and a CPIM certification from APICS.
