Prior experience at Terex Corporation spanned from July 2008 to January 2016, where Wes held multiple roles, including Senior Design Engineer and Project Manager, contributing to the development of production lines and improving product designs for a range of portable aerial work platforms and scissor products. Wes began a career in engineering with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from South Dakota Mines, complemented by earlier experience as an engineering intern at Caterpillar Inc. in 2005.
