Leonard Skinner

Project Manager at Cascade Door & Hardware

Leonard Skinner is a veteran in the construction industry working with companies such as Construction Development Services, Lindal Cedar Homes and Sessa Corporation. In 2011 he joined Cascade Door and Hardware as a Project Manager in the Contract Division. Since that time he has overseen some of Cascade’s most significant contracts including Cornish College of the Arts, 1101 Dexter Station and Marriott Hotels. Leonard also worked on the Schucart Corporation project, 325 Westlake, which was the recipient of the 2014 NAIOP Award for Development & Renovation of the Year.

At Cascade Leonard coordinates materials and schedules in conjunction with project requirements. He works diligently with clients on obtaining the best pricing possible to ensure needs are met and exceeded. He is skilled at working with his clients at all phases of the project through completion to ensure all details coincide with the customer’s scope and timeline.

With Leonard’s strong architectural and engineering background, his strength is developing solutions for unique projects especially when dealing with hollow metal or wood products. This has provided him the opportunity to develop solutions for clients on many premier ventures.

Leonard attended North Seattle Community College where he obtained an Associates of Science degree in Structural Engineering & Drafting Technology. He followed this by furthering his education at Edmonds Community College where he completed a second Associates degree in Construction Management. In his off time he spends time with his two children and is a Seahawks enthusiast.
