Christen Weston

Christen Weston has held various roles in different companies throughout their work experience. In 2007, they worked as a Kiosk Attendant at Portland State University. From 2009 to 2013, they served as an Administrative Assistant at Conservation Services Group, where they assisted the contact center with data processing and application processing. In 2013, they interned at Sanctuary One, where they cared for farm animals, cats, and dogs, as well as tended to the vegetable garden. From 2013 to 2018, they worked at Waste Management, starting as a Dispatcher before becoming an Operations Management Trainee/Route Auditor and then a Process Analyst. At Waste Management, they handled customer service and operational tasks, participated in route re-routes, and proposed operations improvement ideas. Since 2018, they have been working at Cascade Energy, Inc, starting as an Administrative Assistant/Program Specialist and then transitioning to a Program Specialist role. Christen provided administrative support, created regression analysis models, and supported the company's SharePoint site and budgets. In 2020, they became a Software Support Specialist and in 2022, they assumed the role of Software Engineer.

Christen Weston completed their education in a progressive manner. They obtained a Certificate in Web and Mobile Development from Epicodus in the years 2021 to 2022, specializing in this field. Prior to that, Christen pursued studies in Computer Science from 2020 to 2021 at Portland Community College. Going back further, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Studies from Portland State University, spanning the years 2006 to 2009.
