Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology at Cascade Energy since July 2025, Heather focuses on enhancing industrial energy efficiency through modern technology infrastructure and data-informed solutions. Previously, Heather held various roles at Oregon Tilth from August 2002 to 2025, including Director of IT, where strategic leadership facilitated organization-wide improvements in collaboration and efficiency. Heather's foundational experience as IT Manager and IT Specialist further established scalable systems and governance practices. Heather holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
