Jim McCartan

Jim McCartan has a extensive work experience in real estate sales and development. Jim currently serves as the Principal Broker & Vice President of Business Development at Cascade Sothebys International Realty, where their role includes offering clients unique insights for property purchases and maximizing sales prices through an international marketing platform. Prior to this, Jim worked as a Developer at McCartan Properties, focusing on Senior Housing and Drug Recovery Centers. Jim also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Essia Health, overseeing the implementation of electronic medical record projects. Jim has a strong background in development and investment, having founded Metro Enhancement to raise capital for building and leasing care facilities. Jim introduced Keller Williams Realty to the Portland market as a Principle Broker and developed a real estate team. Jim began their career at Bullier & Bullier Commercial Realtors and later worked at John L. Scott - Real Estate, where they won awards as a top producing agent.

Jim McCartan attended Carroll College from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business.
