Lorena joined Cascades Living Group in 2019 after a 20 year career in senior living. Lorena’s background includes serving as an Executive Director of a large assisted living and memory care community as well as company-wide responsibilities as the Senior Director of Operations. Since joining Cascade Living Group in 2019 as a Regional Director of Operations, Lorena has overseen communities in CA, OR, NV and AZ. She successfully helped to facilitate the smooth acquisition and transition of 6 Cascade Living Group communities that joined the portfolio in 2019. With a previous career in hospitality, Lorena brings a strong focus on exceptional customer service and ensures that her executive directors and their teams uphold the company standards and overall mission of Doing the Right Thing.
Lorena lives in Southern California with her family. In her free time, she and her husband enjoy attending their two young daughters sporting events.
