Sheryl has a 25+year background in senior living giving her an extensive first-hand knowledge of every aspect of care, business development, leadership and operations in a large community. With experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Activity Director, Community Relations Director and Executive Director for Independent Living, Assisted Living and Memory Care her expertise is extensive. Since joining Cascade Living Group in2009, Sheryl has served as the Senior Executive Director for Cascades of Bremerton. In addition to the original Memory Care community, she successfully oversaw the significant acquisition and smooth transition of an additional freestanding Independent Living building, The Willows, and a freestanding Assisted Living building, The Cottage, growing her campus from 40 beds to over 220. Sheryl is highly respected in the industry for her leadership and among her entire team for her compassion and focus on quality care.
Sheryl lives with her husband, a retired U.S. Navy Submariner, and her family in Port Orchard, WA where they have resided for over 35 years. She has 2 grown children and 3 grandchildren. Sheryl’s biggest joy in life is spending time with them all… especially her grandchildren.
