Jade Wolfe is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as a Utilization Review Nurse at Cascade Medical since February 2022, previously holding roles in Utilization Review Management, Admissions Coordination, and Patient Family Engagement. Jade's extensive background includes working as a Home Health Nurse at ADVANCED HOME HEALTH NORTHWEST LLC from October 2020 to February 2022, and as a Registered Nurse at Confluence Health from September 2018 to September 2020. Educationally, Jade Wolfe earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a focus on Healthcare from Boise State University and holds an Associate in Nursing from Wenatchee Valley College, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree from the same institution.
