Pat Songer is an accomplished executive in the emergency medical services (EMS) sector, currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief of EMS at Cascade Medical since March 2022, while also advising EMS and health systems at MedArrive. In addition to these roles, Pat holds the position of Executive Director at the National EMS Management Association since December 2018, dedicated to promoting excellence in EMS leadership and management. Previous experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at Mercy Flights, COO at Cascade Medical, and senior leadership roles at Ready Responders and UCHealth. Pat holds an MBA and a BS from Columbia Southern University, along with associate degrees from Northwest College and Western Christian College.
