Mike Ransom

Mike Ransom has extensive experience in community service and leadership roles, particularly with the Boy Scouts of America since 1999, where current responsibilities include serving as the Summer Camp Chaplain and volunteering in various district projects. Additionally, Mike served as Past President of the Albany Optimist Club, following a two-year presidency focused on managing major fundraisers. A former Social Service Specialist for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Mike worked as a children's services caseworker for over three decades. Educational background includes a BA in Social Science from Mt Angel Seminary College and studies at Western Oregon University.
