Patrick Sailors

Patrick Sailors is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in labor relations, employee relations, and risk management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Cascade Pacific Pulp, LLC since April 2021, Patrick leads the development and administration of HR plans and procedures for plant personnel. Prior roles include Employee Relations Consultant at Wells Fargo, Director of Human Resources at Cherry Aerospace, and Senior Human Resources Manager at Precision Castparts. Patrick holds a Master of Science in Labor Law from California Southern University, a Master of Arts in Negotiation, Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding from California State University, Dominguez Hills, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Liberty University.
