Tyrone Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and leadership roles. Tyrone currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cascade Services starting in December 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operating Partner at Trive Capital from July 2020 to December 2022.
From November 2017 to June 2020, Tyrone was the Chief Executive Officer of Select Interior Concepts, where they focused on driving organic growth through new product development, cross-selling, and geographic expansion.
Before that, they held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Residential Design Services from December 2015 to November 2017, leading the company's growth initiatives and overseeing acquisitions and operational improvements.
Tyrone also served as the President of North America at OmniMax International, Inc. from May 2015 to December 2015. Tyrone was responsible for three divisions and participated in a successful public debt refinancing.
Prior to OmniMax, they were the Vice President & General Manager of Consumer Products at OmniMax International, Inc. from June 2014 to April 2015, overseeing sales and operations for several manufacturing plants.
From May 2012 to May 2013, Tyrone held the position of Senior Vice President at Mannington Mills, Inc.
Tyrone also served as the President of North & South America at Amtico from January 2008 to May 2012, achieving a successful exit through a sale to Mannington Mills, Inc.
Tyrone has prior experience at Armstrong World Industries, where they held various leadership roles from 2002 to 2008, including Vice President & General Manager, Vice President of Strategic Accounts, and General Manager of Residential Sales.
Early in their career, they worked as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Choice Parts, LLC from January 2001 to May 2002, and as the Director of Customer Quality at GE Capital from July 1994 to January 2001.
Tyrone Johnson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing at Howard University from 1990 to 1994. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Organizational Leadership at DePaul Driehaus College of Business from 1998 to 2000.
