Julian Evola

Julian Evola has worked in various roles since 1982. Julian began their career as a Design Engineer/Test Engineer for Motorola Computer Group, where they designed and developed digital test solutions for the US Space Shuttle ground and space encryption equipment. Julian then moved to Apricorn as an Engineering Design Manager. From 1985 to 1997, they worked as a Senior Manager System Engineer for Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) and Naval Undersea Warfare Engineering Station (NUWES). During this time, they provided engineering support for Electronic Warfare (EW) and Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) Ranges at San Clemente Island. In 1997, they joined Intel Corporation as an Engineering Manager, where they managed and grew world-wide technical manufacturing and test teams in support of multiple wireless (WIFI, Bluetooth) and microprocessor products in high volume manufacturing sites. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Coach Tutor and Encore Fellow for Portland Tennis & Education, where they assisted youth in after-school homework and STEM project activities. Finally, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Management and Operations Consultant for JDTek Consulting and a Business Development Manager for Cascade Systems Technology.

Julian Evola attended San Diego Mesa College from 1975 to 1976, where they earned a degree in Pre-Engineering with a field of study in Fire Science/Fire-fighting. Julian then continued their education at San Diego State University from 1976 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
