Mitch Dahlquist

Mitch Dahlquist is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior IT Support Engineer at Cascade since July 2025, Mitch previously held multiple positions at Lemonade from August 2018 to July 2025, including Senior IT Specialist and Customer Service Coach. Prior experience includes a consultative role at Kin Insurance and a position as a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2015 to December 2017. Mitch holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Education from Dominican University.
