Charles Christiansen

Charles Christiansen is a seasoned Cloud Systems Engineer and Senior IT Manager at The Good Food Institute, with extensive experience in technology leadership and software development. Previously, Charles owned and operated The Plant Deli, served as Chief Technology Officer for both Ogment and EvoText, and worked as a Senior J2EE Analyst/Developer at MIT, where Charles led significant projects. Charles began a career as a Senior Software Engineer at Follett Digital Resources and co-authored the "Java & Flex Integration Bible" for John Wiley & Sons. Charles holds a Master's degree in Internet Engineering from Marlboro College and a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from the University of North Florida.
