Celeste Etherington DNP, MBA, ARNP-CNS, ACCNS-BC is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and clinical education. Currently serving as a Professional Development Specialist and Clinical Nurse Specialist at Evergreen Hospital Medical Center and the University of Washington, respectively, Celeste has contributed to the field since 2018. With a strong instructional background, Celeste has been an ACLS/PALS/TNCC/ENPC instructor at Cascade Training Center since 2014 and also holds the position of Vice President at Central Region EMS & Trauma Care Council. Previous roles include Clinical Nurse Specialist at UW-Valley Medical Center and management positions at Highline Medical Center, where Celeste developed expertise in both clinical practice and healthcare management. Academic achievements include a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Nursing from the University of Washington, an MSN/MBA in Health Care Management from the University of Phoenix, and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Washington.
