Elizabeth (Beth) MacNicoll is an experienced health educator and emergency medical professional with a diverse background in training and development. Currently serving as a Health Educator at Cascade Training Center since 2014, Elizabeth is responsible for instructing courses in PALS, ACLS, BLS, and PEARS. Additionally, Elizabeth holds the position of American Heart Association Training Center Coordinator at Portland Community College, overseeing training center activities and emergency medical continuing education. Elizabeth has experience as a Simulation Lab Technician and Paramedic skills instructor. Elizabeth's commitment to emergency services is also demonstrated through volunteer work as a Paramedic Firefighter with the Elsie Rural Fire Protection District. Previous roles include serving as a Paramedic at Medix Ambulance Service Inc. and a Business Development Manager at TruGreen. Elizabeth has a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biology, Botany, and Horticulture from Oregon State University, an Associate of Science in Paramedic Emergency Medicine from Portland Community College, and an AA transfer from Lane Community College.
