Blakeley Mooney

Blakeley Mooney, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a COE Talent Acquisition Advisor at Cascades since March 2022, where responsibilities include the implementation of a new Talent Attraction and Acquisition Center of Excellence and supporting managers in the talent selection process across the US and English-speaking Canada. Previous experience includes roles as a Human Resources Manager and Advisor at Manpower from January 2020 to March 2021, as well as a Staffing Specialist/Recruiter, and positions as General Manager at Swankys Taco Shop and Rock N Roll Sushi, where Blakeley opened a new location. Additionally, a background in human resources was developed at the United States Department of the Army from October 2010 to January 2015, primarily in Recruiting and Retention. Academically, Blakeley holds a degree in Culinary Arts with a focus on Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from L'Ecole Culinaire, Memphis.
