Breanna Jorgenson

Breanna Jorgenson, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional in human resources and coaching, currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Cascades since April 2021. Breanna has also held the position of Head Swim Coach at Chippewa Falls High School and continues to coach a senior elite swim group at the YMCA of Chippewa Valley. Previous experience includes serving as an Assistant Swim Coach at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and overseeing swim lessons for a diverse age range as a Supervisor at UWEC Swim Lessons. Breanna's foundational experience in human resources includes an internship at First Alliance Credit Union, where responsibilities involved onboarding, interviewing, benefits administration, payroll, and employee training. Breanna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
