David Charles Cawthorne has extensive experience in account management and customer service, currently serving as Accounts Manager for Cascades IMGN Retail Solutions since April 2006. In this role, David manages client relationships across North America for a company specializing in high-impact corrugated packaging and POP displays. Prior to this, David held the position of Customer Service Supervisor, leading a team of Inside Sales Representatives and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication. David's earlier experience includes working as an Account Development Specialist at Hubbell Canada LP, where responsibilities included maintaining customer relationships and managing quotations. David holds a Professional Certificate in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Western University, as well as a WSET Level 2 Certificate from the Independent Wine Education Guild.
