Diego Ediel Gonzalez

Diego Ediel Gonzalez is an experienced professional in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as an Assistant Press Operator and Production Associate at Cascades since February 2023. Previously, Diego held the position of Mine Planning Engineer at RGC, where responsibilities included supervising topographic surveys and updating mining work information for the Cienega Mine project. Diego's diverse background also includes roles as a Geographic Information Systems Engineer at Servicios de Consultoria Vial, Trainee Engineer at Great Panther Mining Limited, and Mining Engineer Intern at Fresnillo plc, along with early experience as a Mining Engineer Assistant at Autlán. Diego earned a Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering from Universidad de Guanajuato and completed an International Capstone Seminar in Innovation, Competitiveness, and Entrepreneurship at The Washington Center.
