Gerald Smith

Gerald Smith has extensive experience in the supply chain and operations field, currently serving as Process Lead in both the Paper Mill and Converting divisions at Cascades since September 2020. Prior to this role, Gerald worked as an Operations Supervisor at XPO Logistics, Inc., where participation in a rotational program allowed for the development of managerial skills across various positions in the supply chain. Gerald holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management from Kansas State University, complemented by international studies in business management and Spanish in Costa Rica, as well as a biodiversity research project in Ecuador focusing on economic aspects of natural diversity.
