Jason Gale

Jason Gale has extensive experience in the environmental and waste management sectors, currently serving as the Manager of Recycling Quality and Sustainability Services at Cascades since December 2017. Previous roles at Cascades include Manager of Raw Material Quality, Business Process Expert in Quality Assurance, and Environmental Coordinator. Earlier professional experience includes positions at Oxford County as a Waste Management Technician and at the City of Markham, where responsibilities included Diversion Programs Technician and Waste Management Technician. Jason also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at Environment Canada and worked as Floor Staff at Hanna Paper Fibres Ltd. Jason holds a degree in Geography and Environmental Management, specializing in Environmental Studies, from the University of Waterloo, earned between 2011 and 2016.
