Matthieu Raharinaivo

Matthieu Raharinaivo serves as the Director of Logistics and Operations at Cascades since April 2022, overseeing transport operations, distribution, and logistics processes while managing a team of logistics supervisors and ensuring the maintenance of key performance indicators. Prior to this role, Matthieu was the Manager of Transportation at Keurig Canada Inc. from June 2021 to March 2022, focusing on third-party transportation operations and improving key performance indicators. Matthieu's experience also includes serving as a Transport Logistic Supervisor at Groupe Deschenes, where responsibilities encompassed operations management and team coordination, and as a Transportation Supervisor at Iron Mountain, where Matthieu managed multiple transport teams and facilitated the integration of an acquired company. Additional roles at Iron Mountain included recruitment and driver responsibilities, and earlier experience includes a management position at Pizza Hut. Matthieu holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Université du Québec à Montréal.
