Sean Orr

Sean Orr is an experienced mechanical planner and shutdown coordinator currently employed at Cascades since March 2022. Previously held positions include planner and general mechanic at WestRock Company from August 2017 to March 2022, and outside utilities and thermal mechanical pulping planner at Bear Island Paper W.B. LLC from November 2008 to July 2017. In these roles, Sean managed operational planning, scheduling for shutdowns, overseed maintenance procedures, and supervised maintenance teams. Sean began a career in maintenance as a pipefitter with Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union 10 from August 1992 to June 2008, completing an apprenticeship in plumbing and steamfitting.
