Donald Hice

Donald Hice graduated from Portland State University with a Master of Social Work, and he has worked for Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare since 2003.

Donald started at Cascadia as a residential counselor, providing therapeutic interventions, counseling, and individual and group training to residents. In 2006, Donald became a Program Manager for Cascadia, where he oversaw several of Cascadia’s facilities, including three supportive housing programs. In 2018, Donald also became a clinical director, where he provided support and training to staff to fully operationalize Cascadia’s treatment model at its residential and supportive housing facilities.

In 2021, Donald became Cascadia’s Senior Director of Staffed Housing. He oversees Cascadia’s residential, secure, enhanced care, and Adult Mental Health Initiative facilities.
