Eric Sévos, LCSW, has been with Cascadia since 2003 and currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer. In this capacity, he oversees the agency’s strategic plan and Federally Qualified Health Center business operations. Eric also recommends and implements a comprehensive public policy advocacy program related to Cascadia’s workforce and scope of work, including property ownership, management, and operations. Additionally, Eric oversees Cascadia’s development efforts, including fundraising and grants development, and the resource management department.
Previously, Eric served as Clinical Officer, overseeing a continuum of residential and supportive housing, crisis services, and PSRB programming. He has previously overseen Cascadia’s forensic programs and homeless services and has led a variety of initiatives on behalf of the organization. Prior to Cascadia, Eric worked in Washington County leading residential and outpatient programming, was a forensic social worker in Miami, Florida, and also worked in New York City in homeless services and with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Eric received his Master of Social Work degree from New York University and completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Arts at Boston College. He has been a Licensed Clinical Social Worker by the state of Oregon since 2002.
