Marie Novak

Since joining Cascadia in 2015, the number of hats Marie has worn is only surpassed by the number of shoes she owns (74 pairs at last count). She has worked across all of Cascadia's lines of business on projects spanning a range of sustainability areas, from green stormwater infrastructure and Puget Sound recovery to transportation electrification and climate planning and adaptation. Currently, she provides zero waste policy and implementation expertise and project management to Cascadia’s corporate, institutional, and public sector clients. Marie is also a member of Cascadia’s graphic design team and serves as the Consulting Operations Manager, providing internal planning and project management support and training across the company.
