Rachel drafts, negotiates, and reviews Cascadia's contractual agreements and supports Cascadia’s project managers throughout contract lifecycles. Her work involves the facilitation of a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions. Rachel draws upon her over ten years of experience as a practicing attorney and her collaborative skills in order to provide diplomatic guidance on all things contracts at Cascadia. She holds a Juris Doctorate with Distinction from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and a B.A. in Journalism from the University of Oklahoma.
