Kari W. has extensive experience in human resources and employee/labor relations. Kari currently holds the position of Director of Recruiting and Employee/Labor Relations at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Human Resources at Milestone Retirement Communities, LLC from December 2012 to April 2014. From December 2008 to April 2010, Kari was the Manager of Labor & Employee Relations at the Port of Portland. Kari also served as the Manager of Recruiting & Employee/Labor Relations at Alaska Airlines from September 2000 to December 2008. Earlier in their career, they were the Manager of Human Resources at Hollywood Entertainment from January 1995 to September 2000.
Kari W. completed their Bachelor's degree in Business from Southern Oregon University, from 1993 to 1995. Later, they pursued their Master's degree in Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, spanning from 2003 to 2005.
