Scott Powell has diverse experience in mental health, technology, and education. Currently serving as a Mental Health Worker at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare since September 2018, Scott previously worked as a Web Developer for Global Link Technologies from January 2000 to July 2016. Prior to that, Scott was an Overseas Worker, Teacher, and Administrator for United World Mission from October 1995 to October 2000. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Education from Multnomah University (1984-1991) and attendance at various other institutions, including Sierra College and Portland Community College.
