Winston Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in crisis management and human services. Currently serving as a Regional Oversight Manager for the Oregon Department of Human Services, Winston oversees operations and hiring within the Stabilization and Crisis Unit. In a concurrent role as a Mental Health Crisis Clinician at Cascadia Behavioral Healthcare, Winston provides mobile crisis response and risk assessment in Multnomah County. Previously, Winston held the position of Area Administrator at DCYF, managing staff and implementing performance metrics to enhance child safety and well-being. Winston's career also includes positions as a Deputy Sheriff and a Placement Desk Unit Supervisor.
