Rhey Haggerty is a seasoned professional in urban planning and development, currently serving as a Senior Associate at Cascadia Partners since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Development Project Manager at Hacienda CDC from November 2020 to February 2023, and as a Housing Development Project Manager at Orange Splot between May 2019 and February 2021. Rhey's background also features a tenure as a Graduate Research Assistant at the Population Research Center, Portland State University from September 2017 to June 2019, and as an intern in the Long Range Planning division of the Community Development Department, City of Beaverton from June 2018 to March 2019. Rhey holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from Portland State University and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations from the University of North Carolina Asheville.
