Erik Lancaster

Erik Lancaster is an experienced Electronics Quality Engineer at Casco Automotive Group, responsible for handling quality concerns and warranty returns since May 2021. Prior to this role, Erik served as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at Zero Hour Parts, where responsibilities included designing a complete quality lab, leading the quality department, and training employees. Prior experience includes quality inspection and assembly roles at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc., avionics technician work at Armstrong Aeromod, and maintenance supervision in the United States Air Force. Erik is currently pursuing education at Eastern Michigan University and has a degree from the Community College of the Air Force.
