CASE Equity Partners is a real estate investment and advisory platform built to create value from complexity.

For more than 35 years, the leadership of CASE has invested in, operated, and transformed commercial real estate.

For our restructuring advisory, our knowledge is built on the asset side. Our deep diligence review and loan experience builds a credible baseline. As lenders evaluate collateral, we refine our clients value-creation narrative, identify hidden risks, and structure actionable solutions—ranging from discounted payoffs to covenant amendments. We lead negotiations with lenders and servicers, coordinating closely with legal teams to focus efforts where they matter most.

Our investment initiatives combines strategic vision, structured finance expertise, and hands-on asset management. The firm and its affiliated family office manage a nationwide portfolio of more than 60 properties spanning multifamily, mixed-use, retail, office, and industrial assets.

From the early days of the family office in the 1990s—when others fled troubled markets—a reputation was built by acquiring and repositioning distressed assets at significant discounts. Following the Global Financial Crisis, the platform expanded into distressed debt and structured finance, mastering CMBS, SASB, private credit, and balance-sheet lending. Through its advisory arm (CPS, formerly Case Property Services), the firm represents borrowers and investors in complex restructurings, bringing together deep capital markets knowledge with the operational discipline required to turn around high-stakes assets.

This evolution unites institutional advisory experience and principal investment capability (though we do not invest in our advisory projects), enabling CASE to deliver high-value solutions across the entire capital stack—from bonds and loans to property equity.
