Rob Dix has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles. Rob is currently the Chief Operating Officer at Case Facilities Management Solutions. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice President at KBS - Kellermeyer Bergensons Services, LLC, where they held several senior leadership positions. Rob also worked as the SVP & GM of Recurring Business Lines at SMS Assist, L.L.C. and as the Vice President of Operations at BrightView Landscapes. Rob began their career as a General Manager at Cintas and served in the US Marine Corps, where they achieved the ranks of Corporal and Sergeant.

Rob Dix attended The Rising Leaders Institute of Central Ohio at The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 2012. Rob also obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Ag Business and Applied Economics from The Ohio State University from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, Rob Dix completed the NCO Leadership School at Quantico, VA as part of their United States Marine Corps training in 1989.
