Mike Dalglish

Mike Dalglish is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the banking and financial services industries. Currently serving as President, CEO, and CBDO of United Financials Capital, LLC since January 2022, Mike focuses on facilitating lending opportunities for infrastructure projects in Minnesota and the Upper Midwest. As the owner of Case Financial, Mike has developed skills in sales, digital payment platforms, and management since March 2010. In addition, Mike founded the nonprofit United Financials Making a Difference, which supports children's health initiatives, and actively participates in community service as an NCR Ambassador. Previous roles include National Sales Manager at TransMarketing, Executive Account Manager at Regional Bank Equipment & Service Company, and Item Processing Engineer at Signal Hill Community Bank. Mike holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Minnesota and an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in Business Administration from Inver Hills Community College.
