I help startups and growing businesses build strong HR foundations, align people strategy with business goals, and scale with confidence.

As the founder of Case In Point Strategy Group, I serve as a fractional HR and people strategy consultant, partnering with leaders who need strategic support but aren’t ready for a full-time HR hire. My approach blends HR expertise, operational know-how, and financial acumen to deliver solutions that drive performance, compliance, and culture.

With a background as a CPA and nearly a decade in the professional services industry, I bring a unique perspective to the HR space. I’ve led cross-border teams, navigated complex compliance requirements, and built scalable people operations that support long-term growth.

What I Do:

Build and optimize HR foundations and processes

Guide leaders through compliance and risk management

Design people strategies that improve culture and retention

Align workforce planning with business growth goals

Provide fractional leadership for companies in transition or scaling quickly

Whether it’s developing a comprehensive HR strategy, improving operations, or helping teams work smarter, I partner with clients to create sustainable solutions that grow with their business.
