Cass Lundgren

Cass Lundgren has over 25 years of work experience in various leadership roles in operations and manufacturing. They started their career in the military as a Captain in the US Army and served as a Company Commander and Apache Pilot in the 101st Airborne Division Association. After leaving the military, Cass joined Vision-Ease Lens and held multiple roles including Director of Supply Chain, Director of Global Logistics, Plastic Product Manager, Operations Manager, and Production Supervisor. In 2006, they joined VISION EASE as the Senior Vice President of Global Operations, where they were subsequently promoted five times, eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of Global OPS Performance Optics. In 2018, they joined Heraeus Medical Components as the Senior Vice President and General Manager for the Americas, and later took on the role of Vice President of Operations. Cass then became the Chief Operations Officer at National Dentex, LLC in 2021 and currently holds the position of Chief Operating Officer at Case Paper Co. since 2023.

Cass Lundgren attended the United States Military Academy at West Point, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Systems Engineering and Pre-Law.
