Lauren Sturdivant

Lauren Sturdivant has extensive work experience in the legal field. Lauren currently serves as the Founder & Attorney at Law at Rising Tide Law, LLC, where they provide clients with modern legal expertise and represents clients in Charleston and beyond. Prior to this, Lauren co-founded Case Status, a software and marketing tool for law firms that enhances attorney-client engagement and saves time for attorneys. At Case Status, they held roles as the Chairman of the Board and CEO. Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Lauren worked as an Attorney at Joye Law Firm, LLP, where they handled personal injury and premise liability cases. Lauren also worked as an Attorney at Shelly Leeke Law Firm, LLC and Payne Law Firm, LLC, handling various areas of practice such as real estate, personal injury, estate planning, and probate law. At McGookey Law Offices LLC, Lauren served as an Associate Attorney, managing their own caseload and handling a wide range of civil matters.

Lauren Sturdivant attended Miami University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Government. Following this, they enrolled at Capital University Law School from 2007 to 2010, earning a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree with a focus on Dispute Resolution.
