Adrianne M. Crawford Fletcher, PhD, MSSA/MSW, currently serves as the Vice Dean for Academic Community and Engagement at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, where responsibilities include promoting a commitment to impartiality in education, community, research, and patient care. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion, Adrianne has held multiple academic and administrative roles, including Vice Dean for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusive Excellence, and Assistant Professor at the Jack, Joseph and Morton Mandel School of Applied Social Sciences. A former Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for the Supreme Court of Ohio, Adrianne has also worked in various educational and therapeutic roles, including supervising CASA volunteers and providing mental health services through Community Memorial Hospital and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs. Adrianne holds a PhD in Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and multiple degrees from Case Western Reserve University and Cleveland State University.
