Mindy Baierl

Mindy Baierl is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in entrepreneurship, education, and corporate relations. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Case Western Reserve University and Senior Director at the Veale Institute for Entrepreneurship, Mindy focuses on strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem through experiential education and investment in start-ups. Previous roles include Senior Director of Corporate Relations & Strategic Projects, where strategic account plans were developed to enhance corporate investments, and Executive Director of The Institute for Management & Engineering, resulting in increased revenue for the Master of Engineering and Management Program. Mindy also founded Saratoga Enterprises, Inc., providing strategic planning and business development services, and held leadership roles in marketing and sales at Ironrock and Avery Dennison. Mindy holds a Master's degree in Industrial Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Smith College.
